Altior Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC within its residential mental health programs. You will provide direct nursing care, support patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in the state where services are provided.
• Behavioral health experience.
• Experience in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
• Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.

Aufgaben

• Obtain and document patient vital signs throughout stay.
• Plan and deliver nursing assessments and interventions for medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
• Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission.
• Administer medications per policies and regulatory standards.
• Document nursing goals, interventions and outcomes in the medical record and participate in treatment planning.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by following infection-control and medication storage procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality patient-centered care.
