Job summary

Paradigm Treatment Centers seeks a Program Manager to lead adolescent residential services within the Altior network. You will supervise behavioral health staff, ensure trauma-informed interventions, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling oversight, and crisis management while fostering a compliant, safe, and supportive treatment environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with children and RTC settings.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• CRM and M35 systems knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player and leader with ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Ensures behavioral health team provides adequate supervision and adheres to safety protocols.
• Monitors interventions to align with individualized treatment plans; trauma-informed approach.
• Communicates with residential team to share important program information.
• Provide coaching, training, and supervision to staff; support scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Assist in training BHP staff with Directors of Operations and Staffing Supervisor.
• Lead groups and ensure scheduled groups are implemented and documented.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and participate in monthly staff training (SBT).
• Support compliance with daily progress notes, incident reports, and logs.
