Job summary

Ridge RTC, in partnership with Paradigm Treatment, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our residential behavioral health programs. You will support patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
• Experience in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
• Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient vital signs during stay in the residential facility.
• Plan and deliver nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
• Conduct pre-admission triage and assess admission suitability.
• Administer medications per policies and regulations.
• Document goals, interventions, and outcomes in medical records; participate in treatment planning.
• Ensure safety by adhering to infection-control, medication storage, and controlled-substance rules.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality care.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.
• Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
• Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey.
• Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
• Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled-substance regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
• Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.

Salary Range

$37 - $42 USD
