Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
Document patient information, care activities and outcomes accurately.
