AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, plan and implement individualized care, administer treatments, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required (registered)
• Associate's degree in nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• 1+ year acute-care hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with frequent evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and departments; ensure clear communication.
