Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance abuse, and nursing care for individuals served. You will act as a clinical liaison until enrollment at another facility and coordinate with community health agencies to ensure appropriate services.

The role requires an accredited RN license, bachelor’s in nursing preferred, and at least one year in behavioral health. Travel may be required; competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the relevant state; compact licensure preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and interactions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct assessments and treatment plans.
• Trauma-informed care experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care.
• Acts as clinical liaison until enrollment at another facility.
• Coordinate services with community health and social service agencies.
• Assist in service planning and record assessments and plans.
• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Develop educational curricula and supervise nursing care.
• Administer medications per protocol and document accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
