The role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulations, with on-site or mobile nursing support and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree required.
• Valid MA RN license required and in good standing.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or mobile nursing care as part of ACCS and Respite Adult Behavioral Health.
• Utilize MAP and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs per protocols.
• Support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care and safety.
