Elwyn Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Adult Community Clinical Services and Respite Adult Behavioral Health to provide comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex mental health conditions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary rapid-response team, performing assessment, crisis stabilization, medication management, and coordinating care to support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree required.
• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or mobile nursing support, screening, assessment, and planning.
• Integrate PRISM model into clinical interventions.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead or participate in team meetings and MAP oversight.
• Support staff development and trauma-informed care.
