Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider across Arizona. The RN works on a multidisciplinary team delivering nursing care, executing physician orders, and guiding licensed practical nurses and UAPs.

The role requires an Associates degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred), an Arizona or Compact RN license, and a valid ID. DriverLicense and clean MVR are required for Pool RN, with shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Associaten accredited school of nursing required.
• Health Care related experience in behavioral/medical crisis preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing RN licensure (current, in good standing)
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ DriverLicense (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).

Responsibilities

• The RN provides nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Delivers and communicates orders from medical practitioners and flags barriers to care promptly.
• Delegates and supervises tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
