Job summary

Nurses and More, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide adolescent/ pediatric behavioral health and psychiatric care in Charlotte, Concord, and Greensboro area facilities. This PRN/PT role covers 11PM–7AM and 3PM–11PM shifts, offering meaningful patient care and teamwork with dedicated staff.

Pay ranges from $39.00 to $42.75 per hour. Applicants must hold an NC RN license, CPR certification, and have healthcare experience in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license to practice in NC.
• CPR certification required (no online courses).
• 1 year experience in SNF, Rehab, ER, Medical, Surgical, Psych, Detox, or Behavioral Health.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Great communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently or with other staff members.
• Physical ability to walk, lift, stand, bend, kneel, see, hear and talk clearly.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and complete assessments.
• Interact with patients including with group therapies.
• Retrieve patient vitals and history.
• Document med concerns and illnesses.

RN (Registered Nurse) - Adolescent/Pediatric Behavioral Health/ Psychiatric Care

to provide nursing care for children and adolescents in an inpatient care, residential care, and group home settings in the Charlotte, Concord, and Greensboro Area

Seeking candidates that are patient care driven and have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to work independently. Must have CPI certification.

PRN and PT coverage needed for 11PM- 7AM and 3PM-11PM.

Pay Ranges from $39.00 - $42.75 per hour
