Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Monroeville, PA is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct clinical care and support in a dynamic facility setting.

You will work under medical direction, supervise non-licensed staff, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards while maintaining a safe, organized nursing unit across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents per facility policies and standards.
• Other duties as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
