Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of attending physicians, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director.
• Monitor performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Modify treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psychological needs per policies and regulations.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate and adjust treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards; support a safe nursing unit.
