Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a SNF setting in Monroeville, PA. You will supervise non-licensed staff, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA RN licensure is required. The role requires dedication to high-quality patient care and collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical supervision and physician orders.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment plans to meet residents’ needs per policies and procedures.
• Other duties as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized nursing unit during assigned shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.

• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.

• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

• Other duties as needed.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery

• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards

Education and Qualifications:
