Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group in Monroeville, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver exceptional patient care under physician and nursing leadership. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor residents, and collaborate to adjust care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and facility policies.
• Other duties as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.
