Job summary

Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and oversee resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance at our Ridgefield, CT facility.

This role features 7a-7p shifts, 24 hours/week paid as 32, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. You will mentor staff, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality care for our aging residents.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in supervisory role in Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Starting from USD $52.00/Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
