Job summary

Regency House, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Baylor Weekend shift (7am–7pm) in Wallingford, CT. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care, oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance in a long‑term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid state nursing license, with supervisory experience and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

RN Supervisor Baylor Shift- Weekends 7am-7pm

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

Rate of Pay

Starting from USD $50.00/Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
