AHL HealthCare Group in Duluth, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse for our At Home Living Division. The RN will supervise medication administration, train direct support staff, and contribute to program planning and clinical services.

Qualified candidates are licensed in Minnesota, graduates of an accredited nursing program, and capable of traveling between programs. This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Willingness to travel among programs.
• Previous RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel among our programs and supervise medication administration in the group homes.
• Train direct support staff on medication administration.
• Participate in program planning, budgeting, and evaluation activities related to the clinical services.
• Participate in all agency objectives, standards of care, policies and procedures for clinical services.
• Act as liaison to contracted services to maintain effective communication.
• Track contracted therapy cases and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop staff trainings regarding medication and health care; implement trainings.
• Supervise direct support staff in the delivery of nursing services to clients and families.
