Job summary

MN Signature Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to support its area services in Minnesota. The RN will advocate for appropriate services based on resident needs, manage admissions/discharges, monitor charting, supervise staff, and ensure medication procedures are followed across the facility.

The role requires RN licensure in Minnesota, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 3 hours with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a group.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours and stay overnight if needed.
• Company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for proper services for residents.
• Organize admission and discharge assessments and supervise other assessments.
• Observe and audit daily charting.
• Ensure medication administration procedures are followed and address corrections with staff.
• Provide health and medication training to staff and document compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate marketing duties with Assisted Living Manager.
• Organize and host community events for residents and families.
• Provide tours to potential residents and families.
• Document and report grievances.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, residents, families, physicians and clinics.
