Qualifications

• RN License required and valid in New Jersey.
• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills expected for scheduling, records, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
• Proven professional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all administrative components of the medical needs of the individuals served by Life Opportunities Unlimited.
• Work directly under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Program Development.
• Manage and supervise staff to ensure policies, procedures, and staffing requirements are followed.
• Maintain all medical records and schedule/attend medical appointments.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, Therapists, and families/guardians to meet participants’ needs.
• Monitor and administer medication per training and procedures.
• Act as liaison between Central Office, Group Homes, Families/Guardians, and Support Coordinators.
