Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator to lead all daily operations at one of its assisted living communities in Oregon. The role focuses on resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, occupancy, and team culture.

The Administrator will manage care, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities while maintaining Oregon licensing standards. Strong leadership, communication, and budget skills are essential for success in this hands-on, resident-centered role.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RCFE license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership experience in assisted living or similar setting.
• Working knowledge of OAR 411-054 and ODHS survey process.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy.
• Ability to pass Oregon criminal background check and health screening.
• On-site availability for at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong care-dining-operations team.
• Build a positive, accountable culture with low turnover and high engagement.
• Serve as on-site leader and be available for escalations and on-call coverage.
