Job summary

Stanton Park Health & Rehabilitation in Washington, DC seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing Services to support the DON in planning, developing and supervising nursing services for skilled nursing and sub-acute care residents.

The role requires DC RN licensure, nursing leadership experience, and a Master’s in Nursing preferred. On-site leadership duties include 24-hour reports, coordination with physicians and families, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• Licensure: DC RN licensure and CPR.
• Certification in Infection Control and knowledge of QI/QA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development and supervision of nursing services for residents.
• Coordinate with DON, CEO and facility administration to meet regulatory standards and BridgePoint Standards.
• Develop and teach modules on quality assurance, infection control, and staff education.
