PureHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a post-acute setting. You will collaborate with the care team, document in the EMR, administer medications, and perform IV therapy within the scope of practice, while supporting discharge planning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid state license.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized plan of care.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.
• Administer medications and IV therapy within RN scope of practice.
• Coordinate with team and physician for patient care plans.
• Deliver health teaching and discharge planning as needed.
• Attend in-service trainings and adhere to HIPAA policies.
