Job summary

PureHealth is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time, weekend-shift role. The position supports post-acute care with a focus on individualized patient plans, medication administration, IV therapy, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

The RN will document in the EMR and participate in ongoing staff development. Responsibilities include leading care plan development, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN/RN program.
• Current CPR certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and rehabilitative nursing care per care plans.
• Initiate and lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans.
• Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Perform IV therapy within RN scope of practice.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the health care team.
