Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred
• Experience managing staff is required/strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CMS, NJDOH regulations and survey readiness

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversee MDS processes, care planning, and survey readiness
• Monitor infection prevention and control practices
• Drive quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Implement policies and staff education, orientation, and competency
• Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing on operational needs
