Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
- New Jersey Registered Nurse license (unencumbered).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure nursing staff comply with all regulations and standards for resident care.
- Oversee MDS process, care planning, and survey readiness.
- Infection prevention and control knowledge and implementation.
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement compliance and quality policies, programs, and procedures.
- Staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on operations and performance.
