Job summary

Complete Care at Laurelton is seeking an LPN Supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift. You will directly supervise the nursing staff on your unit, monitor medication distribution, and conduct nursing rounds to uphold high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License required.
• 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform all duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
