Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our ACT program in Washington/Greene Counties, PA. You will deliver person-centered care, coordinate treatment activities, support skill development under clinical supervision, and have opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

On the ACT team, you will assist psychiatrists with administrative tasks, ensure smooth medical information flow, and provide medication education and management to clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with active PA RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Knowledge of recovery principles; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care on the ACT team under clinical supervision.
• Coordinate treatment activities and support skill development for clients.
• Assist psychiatrists with administrative tasks and ensure accurate medical information flow.
• Provide medication education and management to clients on the ACT team.
