Merakey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program serving Washington and Greene Counties. The RN will support rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention, coordinating care and delivering person-centered services under clinical supervision.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with active PA RN licensure and at least 2 years of experience with individuals with mental illness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license in PA.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centered services and coordinate treatment activities.
• Provide supportive interventions and facilitate skill development.

Position Details

The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, supporting rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. Responsibilities encompass delivering person-centered services, coordinating treatment activities, providing supportive interventions, and facilitating skill development. As part of the ACT team, the Registered Nurse assists psychiatrists in administrative tasks, ensures the flow of medical information, and provides medication education and management to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and possess active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness
• Valid PA driver's license
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles
• Strong organizational skills
