Merakey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our ACT program in Washington/Greene Counties, PA. You will deliver person-centered care, coordinate treatment activities, support skill development under clinical supervision, and have opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

On the ACT team, you will assist psychiatrists with administrative tasks, ensure smooth medical information flow, and provide medication education and management to clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with active PA RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Knowledge of recovery principles; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Position Details

The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, supporting rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. Responsibilities encompass delivering person-centered services, coordinating treatment activities, providing supportive interventions, and facilitating skill development. As part of the ACT team, the Registered Nurse assists psychiatrists in administrative tasks, ensures the flow of medical information, and provides medication education and management to clients.
