Role Overview:

Provides leadership in daily clinical operations for the Operating Room, Pain, and Central Sterile Processing Departments within an ambulatory surgical setting, ensuring compliance with state regulations and AAAHC standards. Works collaboratively with providers, department managers, staff, and medical leadership to develop and enforce policies, promote quality care, and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• – BSN or 5+ years of experience in an ASC
• – Texas RN license
• – BCLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within a year)
• – 2+ years management experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings
• – Proficient in computer skills, including Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• – MSN or CNOR certification
• – Experience with ambulatory surgery centers and AAAHC preparation
