Current, active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Texas required.
SUMMARY: The ASC Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrativestaff, monitors performance, and ensures processes are consistently followed and improved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee the daily operations of the ASC to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and regulatorycompliance
- Supervise, train, and support clinical and administrative staff, including intake, front desk, medical assistants, andscheduling teams
- Assign work, establish priorities, and address performance, workflow, and staffing issues
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and HIPAA requirements
- Monitor departmental budget, assist with invoice verification, approve time sheets, and manage administrativeoperations
- Maintain accurate patient and staff records and ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizationalstandards
- Oversee supply and equipment management, ensuring adequate inventory and proper functionality
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment throughout all patient care areas
- Oversee patient flow from admission through discharge, including pre-operative and post-operative processes
- Ensure all required documentation, including consents, test results, and medical records, is complete prior toprocedures
- Oversee and support clinical care delivery, including patient assessments, monitoring, and implementation ofphysician orders
- Ensure timely communication of patient status changes to physicians and anesthesia providers
- Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and service issues
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and incident reporting requirements
- Perform other related tasks as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas; License must remain active and unencumbered while employed
- Five (5) years clinical experience in the operating room
- One (1) year in a leadership role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
