• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; engage patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols; float to other units as needed.
