Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (32 hours/week) in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include telephonic assessment, education, and care planning for patients using established protocols.

You will collaborate with clinicians, document encounters in the EMR, and participate in quality initiatives. The role requires 2+ years of acute care experience (ED/urgent care), NP/ICU exposure welcome, and active RN licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Requires Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• 2+ years acute care experience within the last 4 years (ED/Urgent Care).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs telephonically using nursing process and protocols.
• Educate patients and families and establish care plans.
• Escalate to on-call provider when additional guidance is needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reports.
