Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) for the Anti Coag Clinic East. The role supports outpatient anticoagulation counseling and monitoring, working three 8-hour shifts per week, day shift, with no weekends.

The ACM Nurse will implement and evaluate the anticoagulation program and collaborate with the care team to deliver expert patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program or three years related nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in Indiana with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum two years of recent nursing experience; anticoagulation management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate outpatient anticoagulation counseling and monitoring program on Community East Campus.
• Serve as a resource person and work with the care team to deliver high quality patient care.
