Job summary

Country Manor is seeking RNs and LPNs to join a valued team in Sartell, MN. Multiple shift options are available with no mandated overtime and no rotating shifts. We emphasize well-being, listening leadership, and real benefits access.

You'll help develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor resident status while supporting fellow staff. Great communication and compassion drive our patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license and be in good standing in Minnesota.
• CPR certification and completed first aid training required.
• Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to problem-solve and take immediate corrective action when patient care is at risk.
• Experience with memory loss preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans and participate in review of care plans as requested.
• Provide nursing services in accordance with established care plans.
• Make routine resident visits to assess and document status and interventions.
• Assist residents to achieve and maintain independence and self-care.
• Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments.
• Communicate information to supervising RNs, physicians, families, and staff.
• Complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge charting accurately.
• Provide support and supervision to other nursing and support staff as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with patients and their families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments
• Communicate pertinent information to supervising RN, physicians, family, and/or other appropriate personnel
• Accurately complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge charting
• Provide support, assistance, direction, and supervision to other nursing and support staff as needed
• Maintain positive and effective communication and relationships with the patients and their families
• Other duties as assigned
