Job summary

Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate RN to join us as PM Supervisor. The role involves leading evening nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and guiding care plans in a team-centered environment.

The position is part-time (2:00–10:30 PM) with benefits and shift differentials. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential to support our seniors and collaborate with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience with strong clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and policy adherence.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes or urgent situations.
• Administer medications and monitor resident status with accurate documentation.
• Assist with assessments, admissions, and care plan implementation and evaluation.
• Provide clinical guidance to staff and promote ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, families, case manager, and leadership about care concerns.
• Uphold infection control practices and regulatory standards.

Part-time | 2:00 - 10:30 PM
Benefit eligible. Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday.
Shift differential paid (in addition to base compensation scale).

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certified.
• Two years of nursing experience with a strong clinical knowledge and the ability to respond effectively to resident/patient care needs.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care with patience, tact, and respect toward residents/patients, families, and visitors.
• Ability to support facility policies, philosophy, and organizational structure.
• Must be able meet the demands of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust schedules to meet resident/patient care needs.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, the Case Manager, and leadership regarding resident/patient care concerns.
• Support a safe environment by following infection control practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
