Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.

• Accurately document care and treatments in EMAR/EHR.
• Communicate effectively with CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Support and supervise nursing assistants during the shift.
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse plays a key role in coordinating resident care, administering treatments, and ensuring a calm, supportive clinical environment during the shift.

Essential Duties
