Job summary

Woodcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation in Elsmere, KY is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to provide quality nursing care on the assigned unit, including medication administration and care coordination with a compassionate team.

We offer 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), full-time and part-time options, PPE, strong infection control, PTO accrual, flexible schedules, and competitive pay with 401K after the first year. Join our mission-driven facility for compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Kentucky.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
