Duke University Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse II for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Durham, NC. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate perioperative services, and support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Two 12-hour day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) and one night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with no holidays and no weekends, focusing on high-quality care and teamwork within a stimulating surgical setting.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in North Carolina and BLS certification required.
• If no BSN, enrollment in BSN program within 2 years and completion within 5 years of start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care using the nursing process.
• Supervise patient care and participate in the clinical ladder program and educational activities.
• Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations and maintain exemplary patient service.
