Duke University Health System is hiring a Clinical Nurse II for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Durham, NC. The nurse will provide and supervise comprehensive nursing care, follow the nursing process, and participate in professional development activities.

The role requires recent acute care experience, a BSN or higher, and NC RN licensure. Commitment to outstanding patient care and collaboration with the care team is essential.

Formación

• Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state.
• Fulfillment of NC Board of Nursing scope and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and supervise total nursing care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Plan and deliver advanced and/or specialized nursing care as directed by the Professional Practice model.
• Participate in clinical ladder, education, committees, and research activities as assigned.
• Deliver nursing services to patients and families in accordance with NC Board of Nursing guidelines.
