• If a Bachelor’s is not held, enrollment in an appropriate BSN program within two years and completion within five years is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care using the nursing process to achieve department goals.
• Plan and provide advanced and/or specialized nursing care for patients guided by the DUHS Professional Practice model.
• Participate in the clinical ladder, educational activities, committees, and research projects as assigned.
• Deliver nursing services to patients and families in accordance with NC Board of Nursing scope.
