The RN Ambulatory - Primary Care Triage position at Cleveland Clinic involves providing professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, including assessments, infusions, and triage. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers dedicated to serving the community.

What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
- Provide infusions and injections.
- Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
- Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings.
- Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment.
- Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education and provide it to patients and families.
- Cover other nursing roles within the department.
- Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures, as needed.
Requirements
Education:- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience:- One year of recent experience as an RN
- Will consider LPN, Medical Assistant, and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience in substitution of RN experience for current Cleveland Clinic caregivers
Licenses & Certifications:- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
