Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic team in Cranberry Township, PA. The RN will assist practitioners with patient care, examinations, and ancillary tests, while coordinating with the PACT Team to develop patient care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN (or ADN per VA contract), 2–3 years of RN experience in primary/ambulatory settings, and current licensure.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; ADN acceptable if VA contract allows.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in primary or ambulatory care; government healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in the state of employment or per VA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care, examinations, and tests.
• Provide patient education and self-management guidance.
• Triage unscheduled patients and coordinate with the PACT Team.
• Maintain confidentiality of veterans’ data and comply with VA requirements.
• Support enrollment and retention at clinic visits and outreach events.
