Job summary

Valor Healthcare in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic team. You will support practitioners with patient care, conduct physical examinations, and perform ancillary tests, while collaborating with the PACT Team to develop care plans for veterans.

A BSN (or ADN per VA contract) and 2–3 years in primary or ambulatory care, current BLS and ACLS, and proficiency with EMR are required.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN allowed depending on VA contract.
• 2–3 years RN experience in primary/ambulatory care; government healthcare env. preferred.
• Must be credentialed and in good standing with VA.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in US state/territory as required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications as required by VA contract.
• Proficient in English; strong computer/EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care, exams, and tests.
• Perform patient assessment and triage unscheduled visits.
• Serve as point person within the PACT Team.
• Support care coordination with VA/non-VA providers.
• Educate patients and families on self-management and wellness.
