Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This outpatient infusion RN role in Faribault is 0.3 FTE with 24 hours per two-week pay period, 8-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 4:30pm, and no weekends or major holidays. Travel and floating are not required.

Experience preferred. The RN provides leadership in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care within an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on evidence-based nursing

Responsibilities

• Assessment: collects and prioritizes data to understand patient health needs.
• Diagnosis: analyzes data to identify nursing diagnoses and plans care.
• Outcomes Identification: sets measurable patient outcomes with family.
• Planning: develops an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Implementation: carries out the plan safely and documents care.
• Evaluation: reviews progress and revises plans as needed.
• Quality of Practice: participates in quality improvement activities related to nursing practice.
• Education: pursues knowledge to reflect current nursing practices.
