Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Carol Ball Medicine Unit (CBMU). This full-time role features day and night rotating shifts over a 36-hour work week, located within a renowned teaching hospital.
The unit cares for medical/surgical, geriatric and dementia patients, supports professional development, and frequently pilots quality improvement programs. A BSN is preferred, ADN required, and active RN license with CPR must be maintained.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be on our Carol Ball Medicine Unit (CBMU). CBMU cares for medical/surgical and geriatrics, and dementia patients. The staff on this unit are very innovated, collaborative, eager and upbeat! Pilot quality improvement programs are often initiated on this unit. This unit promotes professional development and growth in your chosen career path.
The Registered Nurse, RN, is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
