Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an ADON to lead nursing teams in Assisted Living neighborhoods, driving clinical excellence and elevating resident outcomes.

The RN must have a minimum of 3 years in healthcare leadership, be state-licensed, and obtain Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment. EMR experience is preferred and CPR/First Aid training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maryland with no restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Infection prevention certification within 90 days of employment.
• Experience with an EMR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of clinical staff, ensuring Person-Centered Care.
• Staffing based on resident acuity across levels of care.
• Monitor infection control and develop related policies.
• Oversee clinical quality areas: wound care, falls risk, hydration.
• Participate in PI/RM/S, Utilization Review, and clinical committees.
• Review outcomes and maintain regulatory and survey readiness.
• Collaborate with DON to develop and manage the nursing budget.
