Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise between nursing units, admissions, and DON.

• Monitor weights weekly and monthly.
• Evaluate nursing staff and recommend training or work modifications.
• Ensure shifts have adequate nursing staff to meet census requirements.
• Assist in preparing departmental reports and budgets.
