Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia, MO seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is an RN to lead the nursing team, develop care policies, and ensure HIPAA-compliant patient care. You will oversee staff performance, coordinate MDS/Care Plans, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to deliver high-quality geriatric care.

This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license with prior DON or ADON experience.
• Experience in MDS/Care Plan development and Medicare knowledge.
• Strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and HIPAA familiarity.
• Wound care and behavior management experience with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department operations, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide leadership to promote a positive work environment for nursing staff.
