Sarcoxie Health Care Center in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team with empathy, integrity, and a strong commitment to resident care. The ADON will oversee staff, help develop policies, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires an active RN license, prior DON/ADON experience, and expertise in rehabilitation, wound care, MDS/Care Plans, and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice with prior DON/ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus with wound care experience; Medicare A & B knowledge.
• Willing to work with Behavior Management Residents and familiarity with MDS/Care Plans.
• Excellent regulatory compliance record and commitment to TQM (Total Quality Management).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment.
